Data Deletion Policy

GIT Consulting and Services Inc. (“Leadnex”) lets you request deletion of personal data we hold about you. This page explains the options, including the automated process required by Meta for Facebook and Messenger.

1. If you messaged a business on Messenger or WhatsApp

When you chat with a business’s AI agent powered by Leadnex, that business is the controller of your conversation. To delete your data you can:

  • Ask the business directly to remove your information, or
  • Email us at Legal@Leadnex.io with the channel (WhatsApp/Messenger) and the number or name you used, and we will route and assist with the deletion, or
  • Remove the app from your Facebook settings, which triggers the automated callback described below.

2. Facebook / Messenger data-deletion callback

In accordance with the Facebook Platform Terms, when you remove the Leadnex-powered app from your Facebook account, Meta sends us a signed deletion request. We then delete the personal data associated with that Messenger-scoped user ID and provide a confirmation code you can use to track the request.

3. If you have a Leadnex account

Account holders can delete their workspace and personal data by emailing Legal@Leadnex.io from the account email, or via the in-app settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, configuration, and associated conversation data, subject to any retention we are legally required to keep.

4. What we delete and when

  • We confirm receipt and verify the request to protect against fraudulent deletions.
  • We delete or irreversibly anonymize the relevant personal data, typically within 30 days.
  • Limited records may be retained only where required by law (e.g., billing/tax) or for security/fraud prevention.

5. Confirmation

For automated Facebook requests, we return a status URL and a confirmation code. For email requests, we reply to confirm completion. Questions: Legal@Leadnex.io.
